design process

After we receive your inquiry form, we schedule a 30-minute complimentary introductory phone call so we can further discuss your project. We will make sure we are a good fit for each other and move forward to the initial meeting.

Let's talk  about the project. During the first meeting we learn about you and your home. We are passionate about bringing a design concept that will support the desired function while respecting the existing home's details and using the best quality materials for a result that you love to live in every day.

Here we agree to some very basic parameters and move forward to develop a concept, budget, and timeline.

During the concept development phase  we will discuss the concept, budget, special concerns and must haves. Over the course of several meetings,   we will develop the scope of work. This is what everything is based on going   forward. The scope is a high overview of the total project that will give you   an idea of the final outcome and realistic project pricing.

We present our proposal including budget, timeline and our design concept for the project.  We agree on the scope of the project and we begin design.

This is where we get to the good stuff. All materials, finishes, design details, renderings and elevation are included in the presentation to communicate the overall vision of your completed project. You will get to see visuals of the completed space and touch the actual sample materials. 

We are with you from start to finish. After the design is complete and the bids are in, we remain actively involved to ensure communication with your builder and vendor suppliers. From making sure all the product is installed looks great in the space to the completion of all final punch list items we are there to oversee it all.

As a gift to you, we provide professional pictures of your complete space. We will most likely brag about you on social media!
